File System

If your phone is not rooted, then you can't access the "OS" or the "programms". When you plug your phone, you can only browse its internal and/or external storage in a file explorer, so direct access from your Windows PC is limited to certain directories – by default.

Osmand Files

On S23 the folder is obviously not visible in the explorer because it is 'Interner App-Speicher', which was introduced by a new Android version and which is only accessable by the application itself, even not by Windows explorer.
