Garmin Forerunner 735xt

- press 4Up longer
Clock Design
- 4Up press longer -> select Uhr-Optionen by 4Up or 4Down
Sperren/Entsperren
- 4Up press longer -> select Sperre by 4Up or 4Down
- press 4Up longer than 3 seconds

- select 'Eigene Statistiken'
- select 'Benutzerprofil'
- select 'Herzfrequenz'
- select 'Sport-Herzfrequenz'
Können auch in Garmin Connect eingestellt werden.

- synchronisation starts automatically
- push 'Garmin Connect' button will start Garmin Connect in Browser
