Everything in the model is a geometry.
Group
- combines multiple geometries in one
- enables movement without moving attached geometries
- adding components by first open the group (double click shows surrounding box, click outside the box closes it again)
Component
- combines multiple geometries in one
- adding components by first open the group (double click shows surrounding box, click outside the box closes it again)
- changes to one component affecting all copies of the component in the same model
Layers
Every geometry can be assigned to a layer.
