• Move the downloaded file to C:\Uwes\Programme\xampp\php\ext

zend_extension = C:\Uwes\Programme\xampp\php\ext\php_xdebug-2.9.1-7.4-vc15-x86_64.dll

• Restart the webserver

• install Chrome xdebug helper extension
• add remote_enable in php.ini
