Management of Tracks

• best to create tracks with http://www.gpsies.com/ or import a gpx track to GPSies and download it again as gpx, because Garmin Connect is not able to import tracks (just a list of points), but able to import an activity (list of points with timestamps)
• login to Garmin Connect
• choose 'Aktivität hochladen or importieren'
• go to Activities and choose import
• then go to the activity and select Zahnrad -> Als Strecke speichern
• then go back to this activity to delete by Zahnrad -> Löschen, because otherwise no further upload of an activity is possible (Error: Datei wurde schon hochgeladen)
• then go the details of Strecke and select send to device

Bluetooth Activation

• 4Up
• select Bedienelemente->Bluetooth
• switch on

Customize DataFields

• Select <Activity>
• Select 'Menu'
• Select 'Aktivitätseinstellungen'
• Trainingsseiten

• Select the data field
• press 4Up longer

Clock Design

• 4Up press longer -> select Uhr-Optionen by 4Up or 4Down

Delete Apps Manually

• connect watch with laptop
• in file manager select directory D:\GARMIN\APPS
• open the PRG files and search for string which identifies the app
• delelte the PRG file

Sperren/Entsperren

• 4Up press longer -> select Sperre by 4Up or 4Down

• press 4Up longer than 3 seconds

Herzfrequenzbereich

• 2
• select 'Eigene Statistiken'
• select 'Benutzerprofil'
• select 'Herzfrequenz'
• select 'Sport-Herzfrequenz'

Können auch in Garmin Connect eingestellt werden.

Garmin Express

• start it
• select Forerunner 735xt
• plug-in devices
• synchronisation starts automatically
• push 'Garmin Connect' button will start Garmin Connect in Browser
