select Desktop-Integration
Download and Installation of both opportunities

Desktop Tool[edit]

The Desktop Tool is started automatically during startup of windows (s. taskbar icon). The hot key is configured (Right click on ion -> Einstellungen) to CTRL+F12. Just mark a number and press the hotkey.

Import contacts from Outlook[edit]

Select contacts in Outlook
Datei->Importieren/Exportieren
Exportieren in eine Datei + Weiter
Kommagetrennte Werte (Windows) + Weiter
Select Kontakte
Select e.g. c:\temp\contacts.csv

Select Adressen->Importieren in CTI
Select file (see above)
Importieren starts the aysnchronous import
