Installation

Desktop-Integration

1. Web Application -> Einstellungen -> Allgemein
2. select Desktop-Integration
3. Download and Installation of both opportunities

Web Application

Desktop Tool

The Desktop Tool is started automatically during startup of windows (s. taskbar icon). The hot key is configured (Right click on ion -> Einstellungen) to CTRL+F12. Just mark a number and press the hotkey.

Import contacts from Outlook

1. Select contacts in Outlook
2. Datei->Importieren/Exportieren
3. Exportieren in eine Datei + Weiter
4. Kommagetrennte Werte (Windows) + Weiter
5. Select Kontakte
6. Select e.g. c:\temp\contacts.csv

1. Select Adressen->Importieren in CTI
2. Select file (see above)
3. Importieren starts the aysnchronous import
