Desktop-Integration[edit]
- Web Application -> Einstellungen -> Allgemein
- select Desktop-Integration
- Download and Installation of both opportunities

Desktop Tool[edit]
The Desktop Tool is started automatically during startup of windows (s. taskbar icon). The hot key is configured (Right click on ion -> Einstellungen) to CTRL+F12. Just mark a number and press the hotkey.
Import contacts from Outlook[edit]
- Select contacts in Outlook
- Datei->Importieren/Exportieren
- Exportieren in eine Datei + Weiter
- Kommagetrennte Werte (Windows) + Weiter
- Select Kontakte
- Select e.g. c:\temp\contacts.csv
- Select Adressen->Importieren in CTI
- Select file (see above)
- Importieren starts the aysnchronous import
